Bringing Chinese Craft into the Spaces You Create
ARTEFICRAFT works with design professionals, hospitality groups, and cultural institutions seeking objects with genuine provenance — pieces that bring depth, cultural narrative, and artisanal quality into the spaces they build.
We are open to partnerships across three areas:
Hospitality & Interior Design
If you are an interior designer, architect, hotel group, or property developer working on a project that calls for something beyond the catalogue — tableware that tells a story, sculptural objects that anchor a room, or art pieces that become part of a space’s identity — we would like to hear from you.
We can work with you to source pieces from our network of 80+ independent Chinese studios, assist with curation across categories, and discuss volume arrangements and lead times that fit your project’s schedule.
We are particularly interested in collaborating with hospitality projects that share our belief that beautiful objects make for more meaningful experiences.
Custom & Commission
Many of the artists and studios we represent are open to custom commissions — pieces made to a specific brief, in a specific scale, glaze, material, or edition size. Whether you are looking for a signature art object for a lobby, a bespoke tableware set for a restaurant, or a limited-edition gift for a corporate client, we can facilitate the conversation between you and the right maker.
Custom work is considered on a case-by-case basis and typically requires a lead time of 8–16 weeks depending on the scope and the studio involved.
Cultural & Institutional Partnerships
We welcome enquiries from galleries, museums, cultural foundations, and arts organisations interested in presenting Chinese contemporary craft to international audiences. We are open to discussions about loans, exhibitions, educational programming, and co-presented events.
